How do I activate my account?

You need to wait for your physical disability card to arrive in the post. Once received please log in to your account with your email address and password. You will then be asked to enter your disability card ID Number. This is found on the front of your card.

If you experience any issues when trying to loging please use the Forgotten password option on the login page.
