Who can apply for a Disability ID Card?

Anyone with a disability or long-term health issue recognised under UK law is eligible to apply. This includes both visible and non-visible disabilities. Parents, guardians or carers may also apply on someone's behalf, with that persons permission and appropriate documentation.
